NIOS – National Institute of Open Schooling was established in November 1989 with the primary objective to provide a world-class standard in education.
NIOS frames its curriculum, self-learning study materials, and other supportive programmes by employing various educational and vocational education institutions.
Senior Secondary Course Group C
The Senior Secondary Course is equivalent to Class 12. Therefore, the total number of subjects should not be less or more than seven. Each subject carries 100 marks and the pass percentage for each subject is 33 percent.
Students are allowed to opt for only one subject from Group C.
